Direct Mails
At Funky Pigeon we identified a number of customers who we could potentially reactivate via a Direct Mail service. Customers who had lapsed from marketing emails, we could send a postcard-sized mail directly to their door. We kept it to our generic branding and used a bold image of a single, top-selling card. We were able to personalise each DM with the customer’s first name to increase chances of interaction. For this project we created the DM template in Photoshop and then exported the assets to ZapPost for distribution.
These campaigns have seen an uplift of 10% in reactivation of lapsed customers and 8.3% in revenue.
